Before posting you must agree that you will adhere to Ephesians 4:29 that says :

"Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen."

With that said you will :

1. Keep your posts short (100-150 words)  and solutions-oriented. Don't use this as a place to complain and blame. 
2. Ask questions for clarification and don't assume what another person means.
3. When you disagree with someone simply say " I disagree" and explain to them what you believe. Avoid downing other people's perspectives, but show them what you believe, and why you believe it.  
4. Absolutely No name-calling,  cursing, or character assassination. 
5. Thank the other person for sharing their perspective, even if you disagree with it. 

The general attitude to have is one of patience, humility and to seek first to understand then be understood. All comments that don't follow these rules, will be deleted. We are here to set an example of how to have productive conversations on tough topics with people of different perspectives and find solutions that honor God and benefit all his creation.
